Thank you to the friend who got my lunch for me because I couldn’t hold the tray while using crutches.
Thank you to the lunch ladies for coming over to ask how I was.
Thank you to the friends who voluntarily carried my backpack for me because it was too heavy.
Thank you to the best friend who helped me get from class to class and was always patient.
Thank you to the biology teacher who let me do the forbidden… bring my backpack into the classroom.
Thank you to the biology partner who ran back and forth to get materials for our labs.
Thank you to the multiple people that insisted on buying me lunch or carrying my backpack.
Thank you to the French teacher who helped me feel better by telling me about his 4 knee surgeries.
Thank you to the friend who baked cookies and brought them over along with a stack of movies the moment she found out about my injury.
Thank you to the 24 year-old older sister who took time out of her busy schedule to call me and talk for an hour.
Thank you to the parents who have been trying their hardest to be there for me every step of the way, despite the amount of stress currently put on them.
